-          Provision of clean water, clean air, and clean earth;

  • Elimination of hazardous chemicals and pollutants from modern industries, agriculture, high tech buildings and mechanical transportation;
  • Zero waste
  • 100% recycling

Urban structure based on a conurbation of about 50 towns, each with a maximum population of 250,000
Densities 300 persons per hectare
Physical size of not more than 3 km across

-          Urbanism:

  • Pedestrian circulation at neighborhood level ;
  • Public transport between neighborhoods;
  • Restricted use of private motor vehicles;
  • Integrate income and occupational groups;
  • Integrate land uses, particularly housing, employment and social infrastructure;
  • Balance location of urban services and facilities in relation to population for each neighborhood;
